  4. so cute! Wish we had chipmunks here to feed...but as my son said, it looks like a scene from Disney in our front yard ... all the critters and birds we feed

  8. I have a chipmunk family at my house. I have a stick pile next to my garage, and it grew over with vines; I think they live there. Anyway, they seem to get it that my dog can't see them, or at least, that he pays them no mind. Usually, chipmunks are so panicky, but these will even sit there and look at me, as if they know i mean them no harm.

  9. I like chipmunks so much better than squirrels but this guy reminds me of the one living in the spillway under my driveway. I'm always terrified he'll work his way into my basement. Come to think of it, I haven't seen him lately...oh boy!
