Unfortunately, sometimes it just comes up noreply-comment@blogger.com.

missing = the person who wears this well-worn pair of shoes?
ReplyDeleteThe last time I was in NYC, I came home with 12 photos of abandoned shoes in one form or another.
ReplyDeleteFor me, they are right up there with newspapers in doorways, and "broken" houses.
Love them.
This is a great shot!
interesting...
ReplyDelete:)
ReplyDeleteDaryl, nope, haven't!
ReplyDeleteLOL! Great catch! The only thing I can recall that is similar is when we found a pair of men's shoes and a silk tie left in a desk here in the office that had been occupied by an intern from Brazil. They had the Bergdorf label. I guess he left in a hurry!
ReplyDeleteNow that is weird!
ReplyDeleteOk, that is an odd one. Makes me want to come up with a story
ReplyDeleteReminds me of the "Beverly Hillbillies" theme song closing verse: "Kick y' shoes off...y'all come back now, heah?"
ReplyDeleteA fine and somewhat haunting image.
ReplyDeleteWow. This is powerful.
ReplyDeleteCongrats on your POTW...great storytelling here.
ReplyDeleteCongratulation on being named POTW.
ReplyDeleteSomeone must be scratching their head, wondering where they are.
congrats on your POTW!!!
ReplyDeleteWonder what the story behind the empty shoes is? Great shot.
