I spent two days in Venice in 1976, but didn't get to ride in a gondola. I've got my fingers crossed I get a second chance! Your photo is lovely, but I'd love to see this through my own eyes.

ReplyDeleteA great photo angle but I suspect they wouldn't let you stand up in a moving gondola...unless you're the gondolier.
