ReplyDeleteHope he's pulling over into the BUS lane. Just thinking about traffic and the speed of the city...I imagine they don't give many speeding tickets in the Big Apple. First, too many people speed or, second, there is too much traffic to speed, and third, too many other things are going on. Here in the burbs I think some towns just live to give out speeding tickets.
